Paid Media Management Pricing

Paid Media Pricing That Pays Off.

Google Ads, Meta, and cross-platform campaigns built for ROAS, not vanity metrics. Active, adaptive management with quality-score discipline and landing-page CRO baked in — so every dollar of ad spend works harder.

Sound familiar?

If your paid media has plateaued, it's almost always one of these three things.

"Our CPCs keep climbing and ROAS keeps dropping."

You're paying for clicks that don't convert. Usually a quality-score problem — message match between ad and landing page, audience targeting drift, or budget being eaten by broad-match keywords.

"We're getting clicks. We're not getting customers."

The ads are doing their job. The landing page is where the funnel breaks. Most paid media agencies stop at the click — we run paid with CRO, so the landing page does its share of the work.

"Our reporting shows great metrics. Revenue says otherwise."

Vanity dashboards show CTR and impressions. We track what closes — assisted conversions, qualified leads, and revenue attribution across the actual customer journey.

Why K-Lab Digital

Three things most paid media agencies skip.

+

Paid + CRO, Integrated

We don't hand off at the click. Landing pages get audited and optimized as part of the engagement — message match, conversion path, friction points. Same CRO discipline we apply to our SEO work.

QS

Quality Score Discipline

We build campaigns to hit high quality scores from day one — tight ad groups, exact-intent landing pages, and creative that aligns with the keyword. The result: lower CPC, higher impression share, better unit economics.

Real Attribution, Not Vanity Metrics

CTR and impressions don't pay your bills. We measure assisted conversions, customer lifetime value, and revenue attribution. Reporting tracks what closes — not what clicks.

How we handle ad-spend overages

Ad spend tiers are guidelines, not hard caps. When an account consistently runs 20% over its plan's ad-spend ceiling for three months in a row, we have a conversation about moving up to the next plan. No surprise charges, no mid-month upsells.

Spending more than $50K/mo?

For accounts with significant monthly paid media spend, we build a custom plan aligned to your specific goals, attribution model, and operational nuances. Talk to us about a custom engagement →

Pricing in context

15–25% of ad spend

is the typical management fee at most US paid media agencies. Our flat-fee model means you pay $750–$2,950/mo regardless of how high your spend climbs — your savings grow as your account does.

Real outcomes

Frequently asked

Questions worth answering before you commit.

Is the ad spend included in the management fee?

No. The monthly fee ($750, $1,500, or $2,950) is what you pay us to manage your campaigns. Your ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, or whichever platform we're running — billed by them, on your card. We never mark up media or take undisclosed commissions.

What happens if our ad spend exceeds the plan's tier?

Tiers are guidelines, not hard caps. Going over occasionally during a campaign push or seasonal peak isn't a problem. When an account consistently runs 20% over its plan's ad-spend ceiling for three consecutive months, we have a transparent conversation about moving to the next plan. No mid-month surprise upsells.

Which ad platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, and TikTok Ads. The Maintenance plan covers a single platform; Assertive runs up to 3; Growth runs up to 5. For specialty platforms or programmatic, we'll quote a custom engagement.

How long until we see results?

Paid media moves faster than SEO. Initial campaign launches deliver data within days; meaningful optimization usually shows up in 30–60 days as machine learning settles and we have enough conversion data to refine targeting. ROAS lift typically becomes clear by month 2–3.

Do you optimize landing pages too, or just the ads?

Yes — that's a key reason clients hire us. Most paid media agencies stop at the click. We treat the landing page as part of the conversion funnel and optimize message match, layout, and CTAs alongside the ad work. The Assertive and Growth plans include landing-page audits and recommendations; full landing-page rebuilds are quoted separately.

What's the contract length? Can I cancel?

The first 90 days are required so we can complete onboarding, account audit, and initial optimization properly. After that, all plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. You always retain ownership of your ad accounts, audience lists, and historical data.

What if I'm spending more than $50K/mo on ads?

Significant spend deserves a custom engagement. We'll build a plan aligned to your specific attribution model, KPI structure, and operational rhythm — pricing is quoted after a discovery call, but typically remains a flat fee that scales below the 15–25% of spend most agencies charge.

Do you also do SEO?

Yes, and clients often run both with us because the channels reinforce each other. Our SEO services use the proprietary 4 Ks Framework (Clarity, Confidence, Consistency, Kontext) — and the same CRO discipline that improves landing-page quality scores in paid media also lifts organic conversion rates.
